An exquisite simple meal for one person: coconut steamed chicken + five-grain rice

I bought a coconut a few days ago and steamed the rice with coconut juice. The remaining coconut meat was cut off with a knife and used to steam the chicken. It was fragrant and delicious! I go to work in the morning and steam the rice and coconut chicken. I get home at noon and stir-fry the sauce in a few minutes. It’s great!
