Soda Braised Pork
Overview
Although this private dish is simple, it is deeply loved by my husband. Friends who have tasted it are full of praise~~ The inspiration for making braised pork with soda for the first time came from Coke chicken wings. I thought that since I could use Coke to roast chicken wings, it would also taste good when used to make braised pork. However, I happened to have no Coke at home, so I used other soda instead. The resulting braised pork was bright red in color and tasted very good. It turns out that the baking soda in soda can make the meat softer and more tender, and the sugar in it can also make the meat a perfect caramel color. It eliminates the need to cook it with rock sugar, saving time and effort. It can be said to kill two birds with one stone. You can also choose various flavors of soda such as lemon, apple, orange, etc. When you eat meat, you can also enjoy the light fruit aroma, which is delicious and not boring~~ Do you like this private dish~~
