Steps
-
Prepare the materials and separate the egg yolks and egg whites in an oil-free and water-free container.
-
Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites and beat until rough foam forms. Add fine sugar in three batches and beat until 9 points.
-
Add sifted low-gluten flour, salt, baking powder, vegetable oil, and milk to the egg yolks and stir evenly.
-
Add 1/3 of the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk batter, stir evenly, add in 3 times, and mix evenly.
-
Pour into the mold, press the cylindrical inner mold, place it on the cloth and shake gently to spread the batter evenly. Put it into the preheated oven at 170 degrees, first use the lower heat to bake for about 10 minutes, and then use the upper and lower heat to bake for 20 minutes; (you can adjust it appropriately according to your own oven) This is what it looks like when you just put it in the oven;
-
Cream the butter and sugar until texturey. Then spread the whipped cream on the baked cake.
-
Smooth out the cream.
-
When whipping the cream, add a little blue coloring and put it into a piping bag.
-
Use a piping tip to decorate the shape on the princess skirt.
