Steamed Bean Curd with Minced Beef
Overview
A creative speciality. After mincing the beef, add seasonings and stir-fry until fragrant, then place it on top of the cut tofu skin and steam it for 5 minutes. It tastes very good.

Cut beef into mince.

Cut the tofu skin into strips.

Spread the cut tofu skin evenly on the plate.

Wash and dice onions.

Heat oil in a pan and saute onions until fragrant.

Add ground beef and stir-fry until it changes color.

Add soy sauce, Maggi fresh and pepper and stir well.

Spread on top of tofu skin.

Place in steamer.

Steam over high heat for 5 minutes.
