【White Chrysanthemum】---as elegant and charming as a chrysanthemum

It has been raining continuously for such a long time, and it finally stopped yesterday. Although the long-lost sun still only shows his face occasionally, I am already very satisfied. As soon as the weather gets better, the white chrysanthemums in the yard bloom more beautifully. As soon as you open the door in the morning, you can smell the fresh fragrance of chrysanthemums. Looking at those elegant and charming flowers, people's mood becomes particularly comfortable. The dish I made today is made with tamagoyaki tofu, shrimp, ham and broccoli. The tamagoyaki tofu is cut into chrysanthemum shapes, steamed together with the processed shrimp, then paired with blanched broccoli and ham, and finally thickened with pork rib soup and poured on top, which smoothes the texture of the finished dish and adds a delicious taste. Because the jade is shaped like a chrysanthemum, and in the middle of the jade that surrounds the edge of the plate, there are colorful shrimps, ham, and broccoli, so I named it Baiju Tuyan.

Ingredients: pork ribs soup, green onion, ginger, red pepper.

Remove the heads and shells of the shrimp, cut a knife on the back, remove the shrimp lines inside, put it in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of crushed ginger slices and green onion segments, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Thread the marinated shrimp into shrimp balls. (This is done to make the dish more beautiful. It’s okay if you don’t dress it into shrimp balls)

Take out the bag of Tamago Tofu, remove the head and tail, and divide each stick into 3 sections.

Stand it up, with the cut side facing up, and cut the cross flowers in sequence.

After cutting the tofu, place it on the side of the plate and place all the shrimp in the middle of the tamagoyaki tofu.

Steam in boiling water for about 5 minutes.

Steam until cooked and turn off the heat.

While steaming tofu and shrimp, boil a little water in a pot, add a little salt and oil to blanch the broccoli, then cut it into small pieces, and cut the ham into small pieces at the same time.

Take out the steamed tofu and shrimp and press the tofu slightly with the bottom of a spoon. The tofu will spread out and form a chrysanthemum shape.

Sprinkle with broccoli and prosciutto.

Pour the steamed soup out of the plate when steaming the tofu and the pork rib soup into the pot, bring to a boil, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and an appropriate amount of water starch to thicken it into a thin gravy, and then add a few drops of sesame oil.

Pour the gravy evenly onto the plate, then sprinkle with a little minced red pepper for garnish.
