Soft Fried Shrimp

A few days ago, I learned the preparation of soft fried batter from a friend, and I happened to use it. I fried some shrimps for Niuer, and they were delicious. Hehe. Ingredients: prawns, eggs, cornstarch, cooking oil, green onion and ginger. Seasoning: salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar. Method:

Soak the shrimps in salt water and wash them.

Use a clean cloth to absorb the moisture from the shrimps.

Put it in a bowl, add chopped green onion, ginger, soy sauce, salt, sugar and cooking wine, mix well and marinate.

Take a bowl, beat an egg, and add the same amount of cornstarch as the egg.

Mix into a fine paste, add a spoonful of cooking oil and mix evenly.

Put the marinated shrimp into the batter and coat evenly.

Heat up the oil pan. When the oil is hot, put it in. You can try adding a piece of green onion. If the reaction is violent, add the ingredients. The shrimps need to be spread out in the pot to avoid sticking together. After frying and setting, take it out of the pan. After all the food is fried and set, return it to the frying pan to make it evenly colored and out of the pan.
