Coke Chicken Wings

Overview

There are many ways to make Coke chicken wings online. I bought chicken wings on the weekend and I picked one up at my fingertips. Just have a taste.

Thaw the chicken wings and wash them.
Soy sauce, cooking wine, cola, vegetable oil.
Dried chilies, green onions, ginger, garlic,
Score the chicken wings a few times to make them more flavorful.
Put the cold water in a pot, add cooking wine and blanch the water to remove the blood foam and smell.
Drain with a dishpan.
Sauté onions, ginger, garlic, dried chilies in a pan until fragrant.
Add the drained chicken wings, fry the chicken wings until golden brown, add cola and soy sauce, bring to a boil over low heat to reduce the juice, and add some salt before serving.
