Jade Garlic White Pork
Overview
Garlic white meat is a must-eat cold dish in summer. I added bamboo shoots and green onions to make it more refreshing and not greasy!

Steps
-
Put the pork in cold water and cook. Add more water to cover the meat. After the water boils, cook for fifteen minutes. Turn off the heat and cover the lid. Let the meat bubble in the pot and cool naturally!
-
Prepare ginger, garlic, onions, and spicy oil!
-
Peel the bamboo shoots, cut them into about three inches long, and cut them into thin slices, the thinner the better!
-
Choose a large piece and soak it in cold water!
-
Add a tablespoon of salt to the water and let the bamboo shoots soften!
-
Then cut the bamboo shoots and green onions on the side into shreds and set aside!
-
After the meat has cooled, remove it and cut it into thin slices. Add a few shredded green onions and bamboo shoots to a piece of meat and wrap it tightly. Wrap a piece of softly soaked bamboo shoots on the outside and put it on the plate! (I cut the meat thicker and the wrapping didn’t look good)
-
After setting it up, add minced garlic, ginger, green onion and other seasonings to the oily chili pepper, and it’s ready!
-
It looks pretty good, it looks better if the meat is cut neatly!
-
The finished product is here! It doesn’t make you tired of eating it, it’s very refreshing!
-
My mouth is watering just looking at it! I'm going to eat first!
