Braised cabbage, vermicelli and frozen tofu

Wash the cabbage and cut into small pieces.

Add oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add chopped green onion, dried shrimps, thirteen spices and soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the chopped cabbage, stir-fry in the pot until a little wilted and add water.

Add the water and then add the frozen tofu. (The tofu is frozen together, but it is actually in small pieces.) Add salt and MSG and simmer for 20 minutes.

When the tofu and cabbage are cooked, add the vermicelli and simmer for a while.

After the flour is cooked, take it out of the pot~
