Braised Pork with Potatoes
Overview
I went shopping today and was about to buy potatoes. Suddenly I saw a new variety, red potatoes. I asked the boss, are these potatoes delicious? The boss said that this potato-roasted pork will not rot and is delicious. It is an alpine potato. I said, give it a try, so I bought another knife of meat and made a classic home-cooked potato-roasted pork dish. My husband said it was very delicious and he ate two bowls of rice. As a cook, the happiest thing is to see the CD, which gives me a sense of accomplishment! 😊
