Boil the quail eggs and peel them.

Cut the carrots into rice, mince the meat into puree, chop the ginger, and chop the green onions.

Add carrots with minced meat, minced ginger, chicken powder, cornstarch, chopped green onion and appropriate amount of salt to make a filling.

Divide the stuffing into 8 parts, press into cake shape and put in steamer.

Put the quail eggs on top and steam over medium heat for 8 minutes.

Heat oil in a pot, add clear soup or water, add some salt, thicken with wet corn starch, and add egg whites.
