Wash the duck gizzards from the main ingredients.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil, add the duck gizzards, cover the pot and cook until cooked through. (I cook it in a traditional pressure cooker for 8 minutes)

Remove the cooked duck gizzards and cut into slices.

Set aside.

Prepare the ingredients, wash and chop the onion, garlic, coriander and pepper, and crush half of the peanuts.

Take a small bowl, add peanuts, onion, garlic, soy sauce, chili oil, and all the ingredients and mix well to form a fragrant sauce.

Pour the prepared sauce into the duck gizzards.
