Stewed Chicken with Tongcao
Overview
My daughter-in-law gave birth to a baby, so I naturally had to make some soup for my daughter-in-law to eat. Tongcao stewed chicken is the most suitable soup. For chicken, be sure to choose a rooster, because hens return milk. The seasoning is usually just some ginger, rice wine, and a little salt. Simmer in a casserole.

Clean half of the grass chicken and cut into large pieces
