Braised Beef Tripe
Overview
The first time I made it, I asked my aunt who was also buying tripe in the supermarket how to make it. She told her briefly and came back to try it. The result... it tasted so good that I almost cried.

After buying the tripe, wash it, wash it several times, and cut it into strips. Then add water to the pot and cook, add a few slices of ginger, one or two slices of tangerine peel, one star anise, salt, and cook until the tripe is cooked enough to chew. Pick it up, drain the water, put it into a plate, add light soy sauce, sliced or shredded ginger, and pepper and stir for a few times.

Crush garlic, cut into sections, dry chili, and slice ginger

Heat the pan and add oil, put the dried chili garlic cloves and ginger slices into the pan, add the tripe, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, vinegar and stir-fry.

Stir-fry for a few minutes, add chicken essence, add salt and garlic according to personal taste, stir-fry for a few times, and then take it out of the pot. It really tastes great!
