Overview

One of the most seasonal dishes, around the Qingming Festival, buy a few handfuls of toon, fry some toon fish, fry a toon egg, blanch it in a dish of water, and make the rest into toon oil. You can eat it all year round. The toon oil made by my grandma has the best taste. I learned it carefully from my grandma, but I can’t make it taste like hers.
