Roasted Five-Spice Pork Knuckle
Overview
Meitian has too many seniors and too many masters. This time I mustered up the courage to apply, but I was lucky enough to get approved. I feel extremely honored to have the opportunity to try out the Changdi CKTF-32GS and to experience the 3.5 version of the oven that Changdi created for the first time. I am very grateful to Changdi for the recognition.

Pour in the washed pig's feet, wait for the water to boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly for 80 minutes

Place kitchen towels on the bottom of the plate to absorb excess moisture and oil from the pig's feet.

Place on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius and 150 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

I used insulated clips to pick it out smoothly, and I no longer need to use insulated gloves (I no longer have to worry about the gloves getting moldy and burnt).
-
Brush with oil and fish sauce and bake for 35 minutes.
-
Take out the grill and sprinkle with black pepper.
-
Sprinkle in cumin powder,

Ready to serve.
