Perilla Pork Ribs
Overview
Perilla is mainly edible young leaves, which can be eaten raw or made into soup. Perilla leaves are rich in nutrients and contain volatile oils, including perilladehyde, perillyl alcohol, menthone, menthol, syringol and perillinone, etc., which have a specific aroma and antiseptic effect.
