Overview
Xiaoce likes to eat this kind of octopus very much. There are about 20 octopus per pound. When my mother-in-law cooks it, she cooks it whole. I usually remove the eyes and mouth and then burn them. Prepare these ingredients: a pound of octopus. I sell them here. You can go to my Taobao store (Xiaoce Seafood) to see a cucumber, green garlic with the leaves removed, ginger, carrots, and black fungus

The octopus was half-cooked when I received it. When I got home, I dug out the mouth and eyes, washed them, and then blanch them

Blanch the water and set aside

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic cloves and ginger until fragrant

Add octopus and stir-fry for a few minutes

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, water, black fungus, and carrots

Arrange the cucumber slices and place a hollowed-out cucumber in the middle. Then surround the cucumber circle with a circle of octopus, and stuff 2 octopus shapes on top of the cucumber circle. Haha
