Put all the ingredients except corn oil into the bread bucket. If there is butter, you can add butter. It tastes better. I don’t like it, so I put other oil

Start the dough kneading process. 20 minutes.

Then add oil and start the dough mixing process for 15 minutes.

Final kneading process, 15 minutes. Knead into a smooth dough.

Start the first fermentation for about an hour

After an hour, poke a few holes to see the degree of fermentation.

Divide into two doughs and ferment twice. That’s it

Start baking, 40 minutes, mine is medium color.

The finished product came out, it was more swollen and tasted very fragrant.
