Taro pork ribs soup
Overview
The taro used is fragrant taro. This type of taro is dried and fragrant, and the noodles are much more expensive than large taro and ordinary small taro. It costs eight yuan per catty, about half a catty. However, it does not have the smooth taste of small taro. I like to eat this kind of fragrant taro, also called hawk beak taro. My daughter loves to eat taro.
