Cold oyster mushrooms
Overview
Children don't like to eat enoki mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, tea tree mushrooms...anything with the word "mushroom" on it. In order to make them like it, I made the dishes with the word "mushroom" into cold dishes, hot and sour, so that they like to eat it. Being a parent is really not easy! I hope my children will be so interested in me when they grow up, then I will have no regrets^O^!
