Farm Fried Pork
Overview
In my understanding, farm-style stir-fried pork means that the farmer randomly picks local vegetables and mixes them with pork belly to stir-fry. Green garlic sprouts and celery stalks have been common at home since I was a child. Every time I buy meat, I will bring a few of these with me. If parsley and green garlic are not available, use green cabbage stalks instead. In short, it will be fragrant no matter how you stir-fry it. Because this pork belly is everyone’s favorite meat whether it is fried, stewed, steamed or braised. It is always crispy and refreshing, fat but not greasy, right? Ingredients: 250g pork belly, 45g red pepper, 45g green pepper. Ingredients: 2 green peppers, 3 garlic, 1 teaspoon cooking wine, 2 teaspoons Japanese soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon tempeh, appropriate amounts of refined salt and cooking oil.
