Prepare materials

Rinse the old tofu slightly with water and cut into thick slices about one centimeter. Wash and slice the carrots

Soybean paste, white sugar, add a little water and mix thoroughly

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pan, and when the oil is hot, add the tofu and fry

Fry until one side of the tofu is brown, flip it over, and continue to fry until the second side of the tofu is brown, then remove and set aside

With the help of the base oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the carrot slices and stir-fry for about a minute

Add the mixed sauce and stir-fry evenly

Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat until the soup thickens, and serve
