Chives Dried Wontons
Overview
Every time I go home, I make some wontons for my mother and put them in the refrigerator. I originally wanted to make some wontons stuffed with shepherd's purse and pork. I went to the market and couldn't find them (Mom's digression: they were already sold out if you went so late). Haha, let's make some wontons stuffed with leeks. Spring leeks are also very fragrant. I added some dried sesame seeds. I originally wanted to add some vermicelli. But then I thought it was too troublesome and complicated. Let's make it a little simpler. Wash and chop the dried fragrant seeds. Chop the ginger and set aside. 6. Stir vigorously in one direction. 7. Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put it on your hand. Chop the leeks and set aside

Add eggs, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt and other seasonings
