Chop the chicken into pieces and wash, wash and cut the pickled vegetables into small pieces, cut the red pepper into cubes and slice the ginger

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

Keep the heat high, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the chicken changes color, add the pickled vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add cooking wine, brown sugar, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then add a little water and simmer
