Steamed Pork Ribs
Overview
The New Year is over and the children have gone to school. Our lives are starting to get on track. The days when I went back to my hometown to celebrate the New Year were happy and busy. I cooked every day but had no chance to take photos of the process. Now that the New Year is finally over, let’s start the new year step by step. When I went to the market, I saw that the ribs were very fresh and I couldn't help but buy some. In fact, I shouldn't eat meat anymore after the Chinese New Year. I have already gained several pounds. Eating it steamed with rice noodles makes it less greasy. Here is a simple way to make homemade rice noodles. This kind of rice noodles for steamed meat can be bought in big supermarkets. Unfortunately, I can’t buy rice noodles where I live, so I have to make it myself. The method is not difficult, it won’t go bad if you make more and save it. Next time I will make steamed pork belly. For ribs, choose ribs, not large ribs.
