Take a larger pot, add the ingredients except butter and oatmeal, in order of liquid first and then powder. Finally, dig a hole in the flour, put yeast in it, and bury it.

Close the lid and start the dough mixing program of the bread machine. (1 program is 15 minutes)

After the two dough mixing procedures are completed, take out the dough and check to see if it can easily open the film.

Add the oatmeal and start the dough process.

In about 3 minutes, the oatmeal will be completely wrapped in the dough. At this time, manually turn off the dough mixing process.

Cover with plastic wrap, start the fermentation function of the bread machine, and ferment the dough until it is about 2.5 times its original size.

Take out the fermented dough, roll it into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Then rotate it 90 degrees, roll it into a long strip, first put an appropriate amount of beef jerky, shredded squid and sea fish fillets, and finally put honey red beans. Because the honey red beans are relatively small, they can be placed in the gaps of the meat. If you sprinkle the honey red beans first, it will be difficult to spread the meat. (In this step, make sure the width of the dough is equal to the length of the bread machine)

When the dough has risen to 2 to 2.5 times its original size, evenly squeeze the custard sauce on the surface of the dough and wrap the bread pan with tin foil.

Start the baking function and set the time to 35 minutes. Select "Medium" for coloring and start baking. After baking for 15 minutes, quickly remove the tin foil and continue baking until the end.
