Yellow Rose Bread & Cranberry Coconut Bread
Overview
This bread is also added with sea buckthorn juice. The color is very beautiful and it is very healthy. I always make more noodles. This time I made two together, a rose bread and a coconut wreath bread, with dried cranberries and coconut. It has a variety of ingredients and balanced nutrition. Let’s try it!

Steps
-
Put the yogurt, water, sea buckthorn juice, eggs, sugar, salt, flour, and yeast into the bread machine in sequence, start the dough kneading program for 30 minutes, add chopped butter with 15 minutes left, and continue until the dough is kneaded.
-
At the end of kneading, you can pull out a beautiful glove film! Put it away and continue the fermentation process for one hour.
-
Ferment until it reaches 2.5 times its original size. When you poke a hole with your finger, the fermentation will end if it does not shrink back immediately.
-
Take it out and place it on a kneading mat, flatten it and deflate it. Divide the dough into two pieces. One piece is slightly larger for rosette bread and a smaller piece for coconut bread. Let it rest for five minutes.
-
Soften the butter for coconut filling at room temperature, add sugar and stir evenly.
-
Add eggs, sea buckthorn juice (optional), milk, coconut and cornstarch and mix well. The stuffing is ready!
-
Divide the small piece of dough into four parts and roll into balls.
-
Roll each into a long flat piece.
-
Add coconut filling and dried cranberries.
-
Stack several slices on top, leaving the top one without coconut filling.
-
Cut into eight equal-sized portions.
-
Pinch both ends of each portion tightly and place horizontally on the pizza pan to form a flower shape. Place in the oven for secondary fermentation.
-
Divide the large piece of dough into seven portions.
-
Divide one portion into four small dough balls and roll them into small rounds, stack them as shown in the picture, and spread the remaining coconut filling on them.
-
Roll up.
-
Cut a knife down the middle into two small rosettes.
-
Divide the remaining pieces into four parts and stack them as shown.
-
Fold it lengthwise from the middle.
-
Roll up from one side and roll up the rest in this way.
-
Arrange on pizza pan. Place in the oven to rise for a few minutes.
-
Brush honey water on the fermented surface. Just bake it in the oven at 150 degrees for 25 minutes!
-
For the finished product, you can bake the two together and put the second one directly under the first one without fermenting for too long. You can also bake one first and then the other. Just keep checking the coloring situation and swap the positions of the two plates when appropriate!
-
Appreciate the finished product.
-
Halfway through, cover with tin foil or adjust the oven temperature according to the coloring situation.
