  2. Smash the onions into flat pieces, add ginger slices and seasonings, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes, then add two bowls of water (no need to add salt, because oyster sauce, etc. has enough flavor.)

  3. Pour a small amount of oil into the bottom of the rice cooker and add the chicken

  4. Pour in the sauce, press the rice cooker button, wait until it boils, lift the button and simmer for 5 minutes, then turn the other side of the chicken and repeat the previous steps, simmer for 5 minutes and remove the plug.

  5. Use chopsticks to insert the thickest part of the chicken leg. If the chopsticks can be inserted and there is no blood, it means the chicken is cooked.

  6. Chop code disc

  7. Pour in the base sauce and it’s that simple.
