Hot Noodles with Mushrooms and Egg Box
Overview
Mushrooms are also given to me by relatives, and they are given to me every year. They are really old and I haven’t finished them all, so fresh ones are delivered again, so my house is full of mushrooms, and I also give a few bags to other relatives. Mushrooms, chicken and meat are usually stewed more often, and dumplings and steamed buns are also made more often. It’s just that my daughter doesn’t like to eat shiitake mushrooms. She always says that shiitake mushrooms have a weird smell, which makes me wash them many times every time I make them. In fact, that’s the natural taste of shiitake mushrooms. There are too many mushrooms, so I want to eat them while they are fresh. The mushrooms this time were only delivered in April this year. They were still a little wet when they arrived, but they were very fresh and smelled refreshing. Shiitake mushrooms are rich in nutrients and are known as the queen of plants. Shiitake mushrooms are rich in vitamin B complex, iron, potassium, and provitamin D (converted into vitamin D after exposure to the sun). Shiitake mushrooms contain purine, choline, tyrosine, oxidase, and certain nucleic acid substances, which can lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood lipids, and can also prevent diseases such as arteriosclerosis and liver cirrhosis.
