Steps
-
Prepare ingredients: chopped ribs, dried mushrooms, garlic cloves.
-
Rinse the dried mushrooms, then change the water and soak until soft. (Don’t throw away the water used to soak the mushrooms. Pour it into the pot when cooking the ribs.) Peel the entire garlic clove.
-
Put the spareribs in a bowl, add soy sauce, spareribs sauce, oyster sauce, chicken powder, sugar and starch.
-
Use chopsticks to stir evenly.
-
Add garlic cloves and marinate for about 30 minutes.
-
Pour the mushrooms into the electric pressure cooker together with the soaking water.
-
Pour in the marinated pork ribs. (You don’t need to add too much water to braise the pork ribs. The water for soaking the mushrooms is enough. There will be just a little soup after cooking.)
-
Cover the pot lid, turn on the power, select the cooking ribs function button, and press the smart electric pressure cooker to start working. (It’s ready in 13 minutes)
-
When the time is up, the electric pressure cooker will automatically release the pressure. Open the lid, stir the ingredients evenly with a wooden spatula, scoop them up and start.
