Pan-fried salmon with asparagus
Overview
Eat this for breakfast, it’s great, high-quality fish, fresh vegetables, paired with any other staple food, it’s a high-energy breakfast. The salmon is simply pan-fried, and the asparagus is also slightly pan-fried. It is paired with French fries made in the air fryer and topped with yogurt. I really like the taste.

Material diagram. Cut the potatoes into thick strips and fry them into potato strips in an air fryer. They are not photographed here. If you don’t have a fryer, you can fry them or boil them directly. You can also use mashed potatoes.

Slice salmon and marinate with salt and lemon juice.

Heat oil in a pan, add marinated salmon pieces and fry until both sides change color, grind in black pepper.

Take the salmon out of the pan and fry the asparagus until fragrant.

Arrange the salmon, potato chips, and asparagus on a plate, top with yogurt, and it's ready to eat.
