  1. Mix the flour with boiling water of about 80 degrees to form a smooth dough, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes

  10. Preheat the oil in the lower lid of the electric baking pan, put in the leek box, and cover it with another lid so that the box will not be flattened

  11. Usually fry for about 7 minutes, turning once in the middle. If the upper and lower covers of the electric baking pan are heated together, the time will be shortened, but the appearance will not look good.
