Shrimp and Chives Box
Overview
This time I learned a new wrapping method for the leek box, rolling the dough into a long round shape, so that the wrapped box is round and bulging, and there is a lot of fillings. It’s so satisfying to eat.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix the flour with boiling water of about 80 degrees to form a smooth dough, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes
-
Fry the eggs and take them out, cut the shrimps into fine cubes and marinate them with cooking wine and salt
-
Wash and drain the leeks, cut into fine cubes, and mix well with sesame oil
-
Add the shrimp and eggs, seasoning powder, light soy sauce, and salt and mix well
-
Knead the dough and divide it into even portions. I divided it into 11 portions, the big one
-
Roll it into a long round shape
-
Add more filling than half of the dough
-
Turn the top dough down and pinch it tightly
-
Pinch out the pattern
-
Preheat the oil in the lower lid of the electric baking pan, put in the leek box, and cover it with another lid so that the box will not be flattened
-
Usually fry for about 7 minutes, turning once in the middle. If the upper and lower covers of the electric baking pan are heated together, the time will be shortened, but the appearance will not look good.
