Lunch for one person - braised fish roe rice bowl
Overview
When I was eating alone, I couldn't eat too much food, so I made a rice bowl and it was delicious. My cholesterol is a bit high. I can cook some oatmeal and drink it at night to lower my cholesterol.

Prepare raw materials: fish roe, onions, and shredded ginger.

Cut the onion into small pieces.

Heat oil in wok.

Add shredded ginger and pop it.

Add onion dices and saute until fragrant.

Pour the fish roe into the pot and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add appropriate amount of water.

Cover and simmer for a while.

Pour in a little fresh soy sauce.

Add a little dark soy sauce to tone.
