Stir-fried fresh sour cowpeas with minced meat

Just pickled cowpeas, minced meat, and freshly picked cowpeas are ready for stir-fry. It seems like it’s also a dish that’s a disaster.

Prepare ginger, shallots, garlic, and green peppers (forgot to slice them) and chop them finely.

Add oil to the pot, put the minced meat into the pot, stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant, remove from the pot and set aside.

Cut the pickled cowpeas into cubes, rinse them, drain the water, put them into the pot, turn on high heat, stir-fry the salted cowpeas dry and remove from the pot.

Heat the pan, add oil, add ginger, shallots, garlic and green pepper, sauté until fragrant.

Pour the cowpeas into the pot and stir-fry until they are 7 to 80% cooked.

Pour in minced meat.

Cook in 1/3 tsp of refined salt, 1/3 tsp of pepper, 1/4 tsp of sugar, and 1 tbsp of white wine, stir well.

Add sour cowpea, stir-fry evenly, and remove from the pan.
