Fried onions with cumin
Overview
Onions are the most common vegetables. I always buy more when they are on the cheap. They will not go bad if left at room temperature for a long time. They are definitely the vegetables with the strongest skin and the longest shelf life. When I was a child, the conditions at home were not good. In winter, the vegetables were potatoes, Chinese cabbage, and radishes. The one that could be improved the most was onions. They were cheap. At that time, the cooking method was relatively simple. There was no meat. Even adding an egg and frying it was delicious.
