Overview
Mutton finger rice is one of the favorite staple foods of Uyghur friends in Xinjiang. It uses mutton, carrots, and onions combined with the flavor of cumin, and perfectly combines with rice. It is both meat and vegetable, fragrant and glutinous, and you will not be able to put it down.

Soak the rice in salt, salad oil and water for 30 minutes.

Wash the mutton, carrots and onions and set aside.

Heat the oil in the wok, add the mutton cubes and stir-fry.
