This year, my mother marinated three fishes and stewed the fish heads in a pot.

The fish head was too big and I used two.

Heat the oil in the pan and add the fish head.

Fry both sides.

Add water all at once.

After boiling, remove the foam.

Add dried chili peppers, chopped wild pepper, add salt and a little vinegar and bring to a boil.

Transfer to electric hot pot, add konjac fish balls and cook.

Finally add the enoki mushrooms and sprinkle with pepper.
