Homemade recipe for dry pot spareribs
Overview
Dry pot spareribs is a special delicacy of the Han people and one of my favorite dishes. Spare ribs are rich in calcium, which can protect bone health. At the same time, they are not as greasy as meat. They taste delicious and are easy to make. They are nutritious and delicious when paired with other vegetables. Not only can you make it for yourself, but it’s also great for entertaining guests!

Steps
-
Pour water into the pot, put the ribs in and simmer the soup to remove the blood. Wash and cut the other side dishes (the side dishes can be freely mixed).
-
Ingredients: Cut the two vitex sticks into sections, cut the green onions and dried chilies into sections, cut the garlic in half, slice the ginger, and mince the spicy millet.
-
Heat the oil in the pot (you need more oil, otherwise there won't be enough oil when garnishing the dishes later). First put the ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, peppercorns, and star anise into the pot and saute until fragrant. Then add the ribs and add a little salt to make the meat more flavorful.
-
When the meat of the ribs begins to tighten, you can add the bean paste, soy sauce, and sugar. Continue to stir-fry. When the ribs change color, add the potatoes.
-
When the potatoes are almost done, I start to add other side dishes. I put the cucumber first and fry it twice, then add the onions, wattle sticks, and spicy millet, and stir-fry.
-
Then add peppercorns, cumin, chili powder, and finally green onions and celery, stir-fry until cooked, and then serve.
