Wild vegetable dumplings
Overview
The wild vegetables I bought are called Korean vegetables. I don’t know the real name of the vegetables. The green ones are wild vegetables and the red ones are called amaranth. When I was shopping for vegetables on Sunday, I saw an old lady selling wild vegetables. I asked about it for 1 yuan per pile, so I bought a bunch of them and took them home to make dumplings. My mother used to make dumplings with this wild vegetable filling for me. I thought it tasted really good, so I thought I would make dumplings with this stuffing again if I had the chance. Today I have the chance.

As long as the skin of vegetarian dumplings is cooked, they will be ready. The thickness of the skin will determine the cooking time. I usually boil the water for the first time and add some cold water, and then boil it again.
