Roast duck legs with honey sauce
Overview
Duck meat has always been my favorite. It has the effect of nourishing yin and cooling blood, and you won’t get angry after eating it. I saw duck legs for sale in the market, so I bought them without hesitation and roasted them at home. They were delicious again! Enjoy it with your parents!

Wash the duck legs and pluck out the hairy areas with tweezers. Prepare seasonings and marinades

Stir in spices

Pour in the marinade and prick the surface of the duck legs with a fork

Put into plastic bag, seal tightly, refrigerate and marinate for 24 hours

Take it out of the refrigerator and wrap it in tin foil. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and bake for 25 minutes
