Next, slice the garlic, slice the ginger, cut the small peppers, cut the garlic sprouts into sections, divide them into white garlic and garlic leaves, and cut the green pepper into shreds

Mix the cut beef slices with salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, and black pepper and marinate for a few minutes! Because Xiaokai uses snowflake beef, there is no need to add starch and oil when marinating. If you are using ordinary beef, it is recommended to add a little cooking oil and 2 tablespoons of starch (depending on the amount of beef) when marinating the beef, so that the fried beef will be very soft and the aroma of the beef will not be covered up!

After preparing all the ingredients, we can start cooking! First add a little cooking oil, this is for frying green peppers, you don’t need to add a lot!

Add the chopped garlic into the pot and stir-fry until brown

Then pour a small amount of cooking oil, put the garlic, small pepper, and ginger slices into the pot and stir-fry!

After the chili peppers, ginger slices, and garlic are sautéed, pour the marinated beef into the pot and stir-fry quickly! When the beef is cooked for 7 seconds and is still a little pink and bloody like in the picture, add the green pepper and garlic leaves that were fried before, stir-fry quickly and it's ready to go! You can add a small amount of oil before serving!
