Steamed Braised Pork with Sauerkraut
Overview
The braised pork belly in this dish is steamed and has a soft and glutinous texture. The sauerkraut is sour and appetizing. The preparation process is simple, making it the best choice for office workers’ dinner! The preparation of the finished pork belly dish is similar to the marinating of spiced beef tendon, but the time is slightly shorter, so be sure not to cook it until it gets rotten!
