Cut tofu into cubes and blanch.

Boil the preserved eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes and cut into pieces.

Chop onions, garlic and coriander.

Put vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and salt together to make a sauce.
