Grilled ribs with green onions
Overview
Yesterday, I was watching a food show while eating. My husband said that since my mother-in-law stopped grilling onions and grilled ribs, she hadn't eaten them for a long time. Come to think of it, I have never cooked this dish before, so I will satisfy my husband’s request today.

Wash the big rows and pat them lightly with the back of a knife

Ginger, eggs, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, starch marinated pork ribs

Marinate the seasoned pork ribs in the refrigerator for 1 hour

Sauté the shallots in an oil pan until fragrant, fry the ribs on both sides until they are 5 minutes cooked, add water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and white sugar and bring to a boil over high heat for 10 minutes. Turn to medium heat and slowly reduce the juice, then serve on a plate.
