Peel and grate the white radish.

Blanch bacon and sausages in hot water and cut into pieces; soak shrimp, scallops, and mushrooms separately, wash, and cut them into pieces; wash and cut onions and coriander into cubes, and separate the green onion and green onion sprouts.

When the cake is hot, sprinkle with fried white sesame seeds, then lay on top of green onion sprouts and turnips. Cut into pieces after cooling.
