Donuts
Overview
This is my first time making donuts, mainly because I don’t have molds at home. After I received the 6-cup donut mold from the Chef, I immediately started making them. Each of the freshly baked circles is very cute. Then use your imagination to decorate them. I think children will like these beautiful circles. Let’s start making them together~~ This recipe is suitable for the large non-stick 6-cup donut mold from the Chef.

Melt the butter in water and set aside

Beat the eggs, add honey, milk, and fine sugar over water and melt until the sugar is completely dissolved. Control the temperature to prevent the eggs from being cooked;

Sift in low-gluten flour and baking powder, stir until smooth and smooth without any particles;

Add melted butter and stir evenly;

Put the batter into a piping bag;

Pour into donut mold;

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, middle rack, and bake for about 12 minutes;

After cooling out of the oven, melt the chocolate over water, dip the donuts in dark chocolate, and pipe in white chocolate for decoration.
