Bubble bath cake
Overview
My plan and wish for 2015 is to learn how to decorate flowers. Since I have a plan, I must give it action. This cake is for practice, so I made a 17cm hollow chiffon cake. After the cake was baked, I practiced directly, so there was no ingredients inside~~ I saw this bubble bath cake before and thought it was very cute. My niece’s birthday is in February, just in time for the Spring Festival. My niece especially likes Barbie dolls and has several collections at home. Every time I go to her house during the holidays, she always takes out her precious dolls, and she also makes beautiful clothes and skirts for them. You can imagine how much she likes dolls, so for her birthday this Spring Festival, I decided to give her a cute bubble bath cake. Now that I have decided to do it, I have to practice it first, otherwise I will be embarrassed by then, hehe. . .

Spread whipped cream on the hollow chiffon cake;
-
Take part of the cream and turn it into light blue, and put it into a piping bag with a No. 8 piping nozzle, and put white cream into a No. 12 piping nozzle;
-
Use a No. 8 piping nozzle to squeeze out a long stream of water along the perimeter of the cake, and place the doll on the cake to shape it;
-
Use a No. 12 piping nozzle to squeeze out large bubbles in the middle. When squeezing, squeeze a little messy bubbles on the blue water flow.
