Braised fish sticks
Overview
I went to the market with LG to buy food during my break today. When I passed by a fish stall, a fish suddenly jumped out and landed at the cat's feet. I picked it up and threw it back into the fish pond. The boss thanked the cat quickly and then tried his best to sell his fish to the cat. Seeing that he had just killed a big grass carp, he bought a piece of fish meat and went home to bake the fish sticks. This method is simple and delicious, and the juice is just right after cooking. It tastes so delicious~

After washing the fish, wipe dry and cut into strips.

Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, cooking wine, white pepper, and light soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes.

Then wrap it in a layer of cornstarch and fry in the pan until golden and firm, remove and control the oil and set aside.

Heat the oil pan, add star anise, cinnamon and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Be careful to stir-fry over low heat. High heat will easily burn the star anise and cinnamon.
