Overview

Many people make leek boxes and love to eat them. Usually, they are stuffed with leeks and eggs. Since there were some octopus in the refrigerator that I haven’t eaten yet, I tried to mix them with the stuffing and eat them in the pot. It’s so fragrant and fresh, and there is still a little juice in the stuffing when I eat it. It’s delicious!

  1. Put flour, water and 1 tsp oil into the bread machine

  7. Divide the rested dough into 4 equal parts and let rest for 10 minutes

  8. Take the dough and roll it into a round piece, put an appropriate amount of filling on one end of the dough piece

  9. Cover the filling side with the dough sheet, close the edge, and pinch a little lace

  10. Heat a non-stick pan, add a little oil, and fry the octopus and leek boxes on both sides until golden brown, then serve
